Kin Yat is solely responsible for the accuracy and sufficiency of such verification.
4.2.1 Kin Yat will only make use of components and materials that have been approved by iRobot to be employed in the Manufacturing Services, including any engineering changes, or amendments. Kin Yat shall be responsible for preserving, acquiring and ensuring that it is readily available for inspection by iRobot or its designee all documentation indicating that all of its third suppliers are in compliance with the applicable Material Declaration Requirements.
4.2.2 Kin Yat will monitor and report to iRobot monthly the percent of Orders for purchase that are delivered on-time. This is based on iRobot's definition of "on-time" which entails shipping the parts, materials and other products ordered by iRobot for delivery within the Lead Time, and any required shipping dates that are specified in the applicable Product specifications. Kin Yat shall also maintain records and documentation of all Supplier Quality Assurance activities, testing and evaluations.
